By accessing and using the platform of Molovix S.A. (hereinafter, "Molovix" or "the Platform"), with registered address at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 12, C1428ARS, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, CUIT 30-71856429-3, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use the Platform.

Molovix operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to collectively participate in the financing of construction and urban development projects in Argentina. The Platform acts as an intermediary between investors and real estate developers, facilitating the connection but without guaranteeing specific investment results.

To use Molovix investment services, you must: Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. Complete the registration process by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Comply with identity verification requirements in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. Molovix reserves the right to reject registrations or cancel accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Investments made through Molovix carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. Risk of delays in the execution of real estate projects. Market risk associated with fluctuations in property values. Liquidity risk, as investments may not be easily convertible to cash. Molovix does not guarantee yields or specific results. Each investor is responsible for evaluating risks and making informed decisions.

By using the Platform, you agree to: Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities. Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system. Respect the intellectual property rights of Molovix. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Molovix may charge commissions for the services provided. Applicable fees will be clearly communicated before confirming any transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees, notifying users at least 30 days in advance.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, is the property of Molovix or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and international treaties. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Molovix shall not be liable for: Losses arising from investment decisions made by users. Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Platform. Actions or omissions of real estate developers in the execution of projects. The maximum liability of Molovix in any case shall be limited to the amount of commissions actually charged to the affected user.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Molovix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
